I’m Tom Boyce, an SEO & CRO senior specialist with over 14 years’ experience. My career has taken me from working with a one-man driving school and cycling holidays in Tuscany, through to managing agency accounts for global clients like Imperial Brands, overseeing portfolios worth over £300m. Most recently, I spent 3½ years with a US company in the B2B converter markets, where I helped secure clients such as Lufthansa, KLM, and SpaceX — and refining my approach to Search Everywhere Optimisation across all touchpoints.
I’ve been self-taught since 2011, building deep SEO expertise through real-world testing, adaptation, and staying ahead of a constantly evolving search landscape. I’ve worked remotely with clients across the UK, Europe, and the US — at different times calling Wales, London, and Dubai home. Those experiences taught me to adapt quickly, stay accountable, and focus on what really matters: results.
Beyond strategy, I understand the realities of B2B — communicating with clients, structuring websites for conversion, and building relationships that last. I’ve taught web marketing in North Wales, hold a Level 6 Diploma in Advanced Digital Marketing (equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree with Honours), and have represented brands at expos across Europe and the US. These experiences have shaped me into a well-rounded professional — equally comfortable working with clients locally, nationally, and internationally.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my loved ones, swimming, and going on long walks with my dog.
My SEO journey didn’t start in an agency — it started in a bedroom with no budget, no tools, and no team. Over a decade later, I’ve ranked sites for clients from niche local businesses to getting them contracts with global brands like Boeing and SpaceX.
